Drive-In door access and Dock door access.	30,000 sq. ft., Warehouse Contents Well over $100,000 retail value in flower pots, figurines, citronella coils & much more. Every size, shape, style you can imagine. We have sold a small sample in the past couple of auctions. Now it's time to clear all 100+ skids during one massive auction. Hundreds of pieces will be sold by the skid and large quantity to be sold individually. For those purchasing quantity; time will be given to arrange for removal of the items. For those with dock doors; delivery could be arranged. Sauna: indoor, approx. retail value $3,000. Pump / Pallet Cart: brand new 2008 model, 27 x 48 Gondola Store Shelving: 4' W x 5' L, 38 sections available, only one sample section at auction. Delivery can be arranged for the GTA. We have too many items to auction; therefore, we have to hold today's auction in a 30,000sq.ft. building. This WILL be our largest auction this year. This WILL be an Absolute Auction, which means that regardless of price, everything sells to the highest bidder; like all of our auctions.
